Camp LIGHT is an amazing summer camp for individuals with various medical, physical, and behavioral conditions and other special needs, including at-risk youth, and is offered at no cost to the campers and their families. Our mission is to show kids with special needs and circumstances that life is only limited by their imagination, and to give them new tools and skills, along with love and support, to inspire them to become anything they can dream.

Funding is needed for Camp LIGHT to expand so that we can offer an overnight camp experience, family respite weekends, and more.  Our overnight facility will include a 4,800 sq ft dining hall, 6 cabins, a medical building and med staff cabin, a theater with an indoor and outdoor stage, an art building, a sports area, an amusement park-style pool with a lazy river, and a lake.  Our goal with the expansion is to give campers new experiences, more independence, and teach life skills, social skills, and other important skills.  The overnight facility will allow us to serve over 600 individuals with special needs each year.  Our next building projects include our dining hall and office building.
